As the Ecuadorian Rationale Party rose to 12 % of the votes in the 2073 Ecuadorian general election, Colombia decided to launch a preemptive invasion of the country in 2076 in order to puppet it, however the Ecuadorian government managed to escape to the Galapagos where they became an American protectorate. In 2077 the British Empire decided to invade Venezuela, resulting in Colombia trying to rally the CSAS into declaring war on him.
