Personality
Komi is an introverted isolationist and lawful good enneagram 9 with an IQ of 91. He is quiet and shy, so much so that the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic becomes paranoid of his silence. He is the brother of Udmurtia who cares for him dearly and seems to be the only one who can properly understand him. He isn't very military focused, though as shown in both the 1st and 2nd Union War he has been able to at least put up a fight against the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, rendering him not that weak for his size.
History
Independence
The Komi Republic had declared his independence on the first of May, 2034, during the events of the 2nd Russian Revolution and World War 2.5 and he only lost about 100 000 people when the nukes it, due to none of his cities being worthwhile targets. The two nukes that hit the northwestern Kirov Oblast as well as the radioactive winds comming from the Baltics, was enough to render the forests between Syktyvkar and Kotlas as radioactive.
The Fallout Campaigns
See more: Fallout Campaigns
Less than a year after his independence, the Republic of Russia launched the Fallout Campaigns, demanding for Komi to accept reintegration into his country. As Komi refused the Republic's forces invaded, forcing Komi to migrate west into the Arkhangelsk Oblast he had been taking from the crumbling Russian Federation. Some scholars theorize that this forced migration may have traumatized Komi into becomming as shy as we know him today.
First Union War
See more: 1st Union War
Barely four years after the Fallout Campaigns had concluded the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, having faced a similar humiliation, invaded, taking a bit of his south before getting stalemated and having a truce negotiated by Udmurtia.
Second Union War

The Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic would in 2075 attacked again and even though Udmurtia and the Republic of Russia decided to help this time, the presence of Karelia in the war was enough for Komi to have to retreat back to his decently fortified capital Arkhangelsk, where he held out until the Republic of Russia's forced would get encircled and thrown in disarray, leaving him to die on the 14th of September 2076. In the following peace deal he would get full annexed by the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, and even though the war restarted two weeks later he would not get liberated as the Republic of Russia would annex his former eastern territories himself.
