The Komi Republic is a break-away state in what is today the Arkhangelsk Oblast, and the western parts of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Komi Republic.

Personality
Komi is an introverted isolationist and lawful good enneagram 9 with an IQ of 98. He is quiet and shy, so much so that the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic becomes paranoid of his silence. He is the brother of Udmurtia who cares for him dearly and seems to be the only one who can properly understand him.
