Leviathan, Order 3528, is a turquoise-eyed demon and Ordinal of Oceans. Leviathan briefly possessed the official government of Spain, thanks to the Gateway Protocols.

In 2091 Leviathan came to power in the Spanish State during his civil war, creating Infernal Iberia. This would then rapidly turn the war in his favor, defeating both the Spaniards of Despair and the Spanish Assembly before being ousted from power due to Spain's suicide.
